REFUND POLICY

All sales are final unless 14 days refund policy. There are no returns or refund eligibility after the recharge package (virtual product) delivered virtually by Turbo Media Limited T/A Diamonds Recharge to the given BIGO ID by the Customer after 14 days. Recharge package has to be returned to Turbo Media Limited T/A Diamonds Recharge for refund eligibility. Please refer to your invoice for refund policy.
